Welcome to the website of HOAP Foundation, a non-profit charity registered in the United States and Pakistan. Our goal is to raise the standard of living of severely disadvantaged communities in the remote regions of Pakistan. We seek to help make these communities truly self-sustaining by identifying deserving individuals in need of education and training opportunities.

Making opportunities available will, we hope, empower individuals not only to support their families but also to take on leadership roles within their communities. Our aim is that each and every beneficiary of a HOAP programme will make a real difference to the life of the community he or she comes from. Since no community is truly empowered without educating and training its women, HOAP provides equal access to education and training opportunities for women and men.
